Daily Dweeb

Hello world!

This is my first post.  I’m Christina and this is my first blog, ever… That is, besides the MySpace blogs I’ve written in the past.

This likely will be a blog for me to laugh at someday when I’m older.  I think it will be fun to look back and see what I wrote about, and what interested me in my 24th year of life.

I’m hungry and want to eat something yummy.  I’m thinking sushi for dinner?  I actually  eat “sushimi” it’s a piece of sushi (raw fish) on top of a bed of rice.  Delish and healthy at the same time.

Ken and I went to Bob Evans this morning for breakfast, we had to wait around 20 minutes to be seated because it was pretty packed.  There were lots of gym rats there who I assume were in town to spend time at the Arnold Classic this weekend.  You know the type – orange skin from the taninng bed year round, shaved arms, shaved legs, Abercrombie sleeveless tee’s even though they are 30-40 years old….I used to be rather attracted to meat necks (not meat heads, there is a difference) but I’d rather someone want to spend more time with me than in the gym.

Gabbie weighs 28 pounds she will be 7 months old on March 10th.  She turns 1 on August 10th which is 7 days before my 25th birthday.  I love Gabbie but I want another dog, so I was looking online at different dog shelters and found the dog of my dreams – a mastiff boxer mix.  Ken won’t let me get another dog, so it’s just a dream of mine at this point.

Friday after work I was driving to Ken’s parents house – Peggy cooked Ken and I dinner.  Well since it was so beautiful out I had both of the windows in my car down, and of course had Gabbie riding shot gun with me.  She decided to jump out of my car when I was making a left turn onto his street.  Thankfully I had a tight grip on her leash (for some reason I thought she might be crazy enough to jump before it happened)…so she was dangling from my car and didnt end up UNDER my car.  I was too thankful she didn’t get hurt to be mad at her.  I am careful to make sure she can’t fit outside the gap in the window when she rides with me now.  Guess she won’t be riding in the drop top this summer.

P.s. I’m getting my car fixed tomorrow.  It has around a million things wrong with it.  Once it’s done, I plan on getting it repainted – same color – black.  It’s like two-toned right now because the previous owner never waxed it, and neither did I…hah!
